Return Window

You have 60 days from the delivery date to initiate a return or exchange on most items. Some products like electronics have a shortened 30-day return window.

Start a Return Online

The fastest way to start a return or exchange is through our online portal:

1. Visit exampleretailer.com/returns
2. Enter your order number and the reason for return
3. Print the free return shipping label
4. Send us back the item(s) within 14 days

Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 5 business days.

In-Store Returns

You can also return most items to any of our retail locations. Be sure to bring:

• The item(s) you wish to return
• A copy of your receipt or order confirmation email
• The credit card used for the original purchase
